IN WHICH COUNTRY DO YOU DELIVER?

Currently we deliver in the Netherlands and the UAE.

FORGOT PASSWORD?

Did you forget your password? You will find the link “I forgot my password” on our login page. Click this link and follow the instructions. We will then send you an email with a special link that enables you to change your password. Login again with your new password and you’re all set.

 

If you experience difficulties whilst changing your password, please contact our customer service desk.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?

At KoBeautique, we pride ourselves with providing the highest quality products and check each and every product before shipping to ensure there are no faulty items sent. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us. In case you have received a faulty item and wish to return, please note that the refund will be done only through the original mode of payment. If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund in the form of a store credit.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your purchase. Please send us an email at info@KoBeautique.com with the following information:

 

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • the product(s) you would like to exchange or return
  • the reason you would like an exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Additional Information:

The package is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches KoBeautique, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been opened or used and are without original packaging. All product(s) returned must be in original condition.

We also do not provide an exchange or refund on sale items.

Please note that shipping costs, taxes and duties are non-refundable.

EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

If you have signed up for a KoBeautique account you can edit your account details. If you want to change your name, email address, delivery and invoice address, payment information and/or password follow these four simple steps:

 

    Step 1: Click on the user account icon in the upper right corner and log in with your username and password.
    Step 2: Go to the left navigation panel for the user detail info you want to change.
    Step 3: Edit and change your desired personal details on the right.
    Step 4: Click on the button “Save”.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Placing your order at KoBeautique is designed to be convenient and may be done in two different ways: as a guest or by means of registration.

GUEST

When you prefer to place an order as a guest there is no need for registration and your details will not be recorded for future reference. However, this means that you will have to fill out all your details again every time you place an online order.

REGISTRATION

If you opt for registration for future convenience you will be asked to create an account during the ordering process. All you need to do is follow the instructions on your screen. Of course you can also choose to create an account first and order your products afterwards.

To create an account click on the “Account” icon on the right at the top of this page. Then press the link “Register” and you will be asked to fill out your personal details. As soon as you have completed the creation of your account you’re all set to go!

PLACE AN ORDER:

Follow the steps below to find out how to place your order:

Step 1: Click on the product you wish to purchase and click the button “add to cart”

Step 2: Click on “view cart and/or (proceed to) checkout” (or “continue shopping” if you would like to purchase more products).

Step 3: Check your order and if you wish to opt for free shipment continue your shopping and make sure your purchase subtotal price is AED 350 or more and it will show ‘free shipping’ automatically.

Step 4: Log in with your account information, create a new account or choose to place your order as a guest.

Step 5: Fill out your billing and/or delivery address.

Step 6: If your delivery address is different from your billing address please have the ‘send to a different delivery address’ checked and fill out your delivery address here. Now choose your payment option.

Step 7: Finalise your order by pressing the button “place order” and proceed with payment.

DELIVERY

DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you want to send your order to a different address because you are not at home or because you are sending a gift, have the ‘ Ship to a different address’ checked and fill in the different address during check out.

The invoice will be sent to the given e-mail address and the package to your chosen delivery address.

Once the order has been shipped you will not be able to change this anymore, so kindly make sure you have filled in the correct address.

Cosmetic products (cream, make-up, lotion, gel, shampoo, shower foam, etcetera.) may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately we will not take back any opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles.

 

We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in saleable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear and tear or other damage inflicted by the customer.

HOW DO I USE COUPON CODE ONLINE?

(or: promotional code, discount code) Using your coupon code online is very easy! Go to your shopping cart and start the checkout process. You will now be able to enter your coupon code in the designated field. Press the link submit and the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase (shipping rate not included).
